How far in advance should I book my catering?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for smaller events and 4-6 weeks for larger events or during peak seasons (spring and summer). However, we'll always try to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the Sydney metropolitan area, including Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, and CBD. Delivery fees may apply for locations outside Newtown. Contact us for events in regional areas – we may still be able to accommodate you!

Do you provide serving staff?

Yes, our Premium and Executive packages include serving staff. For our Essential package, staff can be added as an optional extra. Our staff will set up, serve, and clean up, ensuring your event runs smoothly.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary options. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when placing your order so we can prepare accordingly.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3-7 days receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the event.
